Appointments for nutrition services are available with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists Mary Trenda, R.D.N., and Chastity O’Quinn, R.D.N. They provide nutrition counseling for individuals with specific medical needs and health conditions or for those who wish to explore the depth of nutrition’s contribution to optimizing their overall health. Using an integrative approach and coaching techniques as well as tools to help facilitate behavior change and get to the root causes of the condition, our nutritionists are able to individualize a plan depending on the goals desired. They will help to discern facts from fads while translating science-based nutrition information into simple ways that can be applied daily to enhance health and quality of life. Upon completion, follow-up appointments (forty-five minutes) will be scheduled to evaluate progress and suggest appropriate modifications in the treatment plan according to the goals and outcomes established.
