We understand how waiting for screening results can be stressful for you and your loved ones. That’s why our focus is on getting results back to you as soon as possible.

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates’ Comprehensive Breast Center provides the following services in our calming and spa-like Kingsport location.

• 3D Mammography
• Breast Ultrasound
• Ultrasound Breast Biopsy
• Stereotactic Breast Biopsy & Needle Localization
• Genetic BRCA testing
• Bone Density Studies (DEXA)

These additional services are available at SOFHA’s Comprehensive Breast Center in Johnson City.

If you are transferring services from another facility to us, we will request your past mammogram images be sent to us for comparison. Please let us know when you check in about past mammograms or call us at (423) 723-2600 about requesting prior mammograms.

“The SOFHA Comprehensive Breast Center in Kingsport made my recent mammogram the most comfortable and smooth mammogram experience ever. The staff had proactively contacted my most recent mammogram provider in another state to request previous images. I was put at ease immediately, offered coffee or water as I filled out the info form, and called back to change right on time. I was given a WARM “cape” to change into and brought to the dressing room where there were lockers for belongings. The mammogram technician was friendly and efficient. I left the center just over 30 minutes from the time I arrived!“
