Chastity O’Quinn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from Southwest Virginia. Her holistic approach to nutrition focuses on integrating whole-person care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Tennessee State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the Virginia Department of Health. Chastity has more than 10 years of experience including community nutrition, clinical nutrition, and functional integrative nutrition. Her passion is to empower others to make healthful eating a natural and enjoyable part of their lifestyle to improve overall health. In her free time, Chastity enjoys hiking with her German Shepherd, reading, cooking, and being with family and friends.
