Mountain Region Family Medicine has been practicing in Colonial Heights since 1998 and joined State of Franklin Healthcare Associates in January 2021.

Conveniently located off Interstate 81 in the Colonial Heights area of Kingsport, you can count on our team to be friendly and helpful, doing everything that we can to make your experience with us a pleasant one. All MRFM physicians are board certified in either Family Practice, ABFM, or Internal Medicine, ABIM. After Hours Emergencies

For after-hours emergencies phone (423) 239-7300 and ask that the doctor on call for your doctor to be paged.

We have office staff to help keep track of telephone messages and make sure each one is answered. Our offices are open Monday through Friday. We do not keep a weekend clinic, but we take turns with “on-call duty” during hours the offices are closed, so that one of our staff physicians is available at any hour for emergencies that cannot wait until the office reopens.
