Amanda Malone is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  She is a native of Kingsport, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from King University in Bristol, TN and her MSN-FNP degree from East Tennessee State University.

Amanda worked as a registered nurse at the Johnson City Medical Center and a school nurse in Sullivan County Schools while obtaining her Masters Degree.  Prior to joining Mountain Region Family Medicine, P.C., Amanda worked as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine in Erwin, Tennessee for three years.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and outdoor activities, but what she enjoys most is spending time with her family, especially her husband and daughter.
