Tracy Edwards, HR Specialist Tracy Edwards is a native of Bozeman, Montana. She has worked in the Human Resources field in both the University and Medical sectors. Tracy traveled with her husband, Rob, for a year before settling in the Tri-Cities area. They are settling into the quiet area of Jonesborough with their Auggie, where they plan on building a home.
