Sarah Smith, B.S. HR Specialist Sarah Smith is a native of East Tennessee. She graduated from ETSU with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Sarah spent some of her career as a social work counselor in the Tri-cities, and went on to recruit and certify foster families in the area. Sarah came to SoFHA with the desire to work in HR and talent recruiting so that she can help others find their career home within the company. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Some of her favorite past times include reading, cooking, kayaking, and playing with her dog.
