Lizette Dugger, R.N. Lead Care Coordinator Lizette Dugger graduated from Milligan College in 2011 with her Bachelor degree in Nursing. Her past experience include areas in Medical surgical, progressive care, ICU and adjunct faculty at Milligan College in the nursing department. She moved to the United States when she was 8 from Belize, Central America. She has resided in Johnson City for 17 years and calls Tennessee her home. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, volunteering at her church, and working out.
