Heather Baker, M.B.A. HR Manager Heather Baker is lifelong resident of Kingsport, TN. She graduated from King College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She received her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2012. Heather is a member of the local Society of Human Resources Management chapter. Heather and her husband, Ryan, have three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and staying involved with her church.
