Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine Savanna Whitehead, NP began her education at Tennessee Technology Center and received her Associate Degree from Northeast State Community College. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and her Master of Science degree from King University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband at the lake, church, concerts and all Tennessee athletic events.
