Saprina Fender, FNP lives in Afton, Tennessee. Prior to joining Primary Care of Greeneville, Saprina worked for Q-Care Medical and Takoma Urgent Care. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from ETSU in 1999. She worked for over 21 years at Greene Valley Developmental Center as well as several primary care and urgent care settings in the Greeneville area. Saprina is trained in acupuncture and is now utilizing this skill at Primary Care of Greeneville.
