Dr. Phillip Riley is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine who received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida. He graduated with honors from Barry University in Podiatric Medicine and completed his Podiatric residency training in Southern California. Due to his passion for research and education, he was invited to serve as assistant residency director, and then became the Residency Director of one of the largest residency programs in Southern California.

Dr. Riley and his wife have family roots in Tennessee and in 2006 he became Assistant Professor of Surgery at East Tennessee State University Medical School. In 2020, he was given the honor to work with local veterans and podiatric residents and joined the Mountain Home Veterans Administration as the Podiatry Chief and Podiatry Residency Director. Dr. Riley considers it a privilege to establish a Podiatry Care Team at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates.
