Dr. Kevin Sweet is a board certified physician with over thirteen years of experience. A native of Maryland, Dr. Sweet grew up in Ashton, a suburb of Washington D.C. After completing medical school at Georgetown University, he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, for his residency where he met his wife. Involved with several committees at Johnson City Medical Center, he has recently completed the ABIM Practice Improvement Module on Hypertension. He has been with the JCIM family since 2001.

His list of hobbies outside of the office includes golf, gardening, fishing and being the father of four.
