Even though I am not a native to Tennessee, I have called it my home since 2001. I lived in Nashville before moving to Kingsport in 2006. I grew up in both Virginia and South Carolina before going to Wellesley College in Boston where I received my degree in Biological Sciences. I attended the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed my residency in OB/GYN at Loyola University in Chicago.

I knew I would practice OB/GYN the very first day of my rotation as a medical student. It is truly a privilege to care for women throughout all stages of their lives. I value the relationships I have developed with my patients through the years.

I met my husband while living in Chicago and we have two daughters who keep us busy running them around. My other interests include travel, camping, reading, NASCAR, and all things Disney.
