Brandie Ketron, PharmD

Clinical Pharmacist

Dr. Brandie Ketron is a Clinical Pharmacist with State of Franklin Healthcare where she works collaboratively with providers to optimize medication therapy for patients. Dr. Ketron is originally from Texas and grew up in East Tennessee. She completed pharmacy school at East Tennessee State University as well as obtaining her Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. Dr. Ketron previously worked as an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at Encompass Health, primarily optimizing medication therapy for patients requiring rehabilitation from stroke and debilitating illness. Her pharmacy career began as an oncology clinical trial pharmacist at the University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Dr. Ketron enjoys working with all patients to improve their understanding of medications and improve health outcomes, but she has a particular passion for management of geriatric patients, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and women’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading and traveling.
