Ally Steadman-Cowan, NP was born and raised in Kingsport.  She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.  She went on to work in the Family Birth Center at Johnson City Medical Center where she cared for high-risk OB patients, mother and baby, and neonatal intensive care unit infants.  While working in this role, she realized that women’s health was her calling and passion.  She decided to further her education graduating with honors from East Tennessee State University with her Master of Science in Nursing.  It is her goal to give each patient individualized care where they feel understood, listened to, and cared for.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, going to the beach, family time outside and cheering on the VOLS.
