Seniors in the Tri-Cities region now have more choices in medical care
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. — State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SoFHA), a large primary care practice based in Johnson City, is now part of the BlueCross Medicare Advantage PPO and HMO Networks.
