From routine checkups to immunizations, Riverside Pediatrics is equipped to handle all of your child’s health needs. To help you and your family understand your treatment options, we’ve included descriptions of some of our leading services on this page.

Prenatal Visits
New moms are welcome to come by the office and meet our physicians. We would be happy to answer any questions regarding what can be expected once the baby is born.

Well-Child Care Exams
It is important for babies, children and adolescents to receive regularly scheduled well child exams.

Newborn Care
Our physicians provide newborn care at Johnson City Medical Center and Franklin Woods Community Hospital in Johnson City, TN.

School & Sports Physicals
Participation in sports requires yearly check-ups. These can be done simultaneously with your child’s well child examination.

Vision & Hearing Services
Although vision and hearing is addressed at every well child exam. Formalized screening will be done yearly from ages 3 to 18.

Immunizations
Immunizations are important to help ensure your child is protected from some serious illnesses. It is important that immunizations are received on time and according to the proper immunization schedule. Our office does everything it can to make this necessary procedure go as smooth and easy as possible.

Sick Child Diagnosis and Treatment
As parents we understand how worried you can be when your child is ill therefore we strive to be able to provide same day scheduling for sick visits.

Dietary/Nutrition Guidance
Childhood obesity is a rising problem. It is important that your child learn healthy diet and exercise habits to ensure they grow healthy and strong. Diet and nutrition will be discussed at each well child exam.

Lab Testing
We have the capability to perform most all labs in the office.
