Sarah Taylor, NP is a board-certified nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.  Sarah brings over ten years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, and hospice care.  She believes in providing comprehensive and compassionate care for her patients.  Her goal with each patient is open communication to help develop a patient-centered plan of care.  Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and four children.
