Family Medicine

Sarah Knuettel, DO is a Family Medicine Physician originally from Chattanooga; living the majority of her life in East Tennessee. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Lincoln Memorial University before earning her medical degree from Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training under Lonesome Pine Hospital in Southwest Virginia with training sites in the Tri-Cities. During her medical journey, she was drawn to primary care as well as medical missions.  She focused her training on adapting to all environments which included incorporating osteopathic manipulative medicine into the care of her patients. Leadership roles included Chief Resident during her senior year of residency. She is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Family Medicine.
