Nathanael Mullins is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. He believes clear communication, trust, and collaboration are essential to helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Nathanael spent more than 10 years caring for patients in surgical and acute care settings. His clinical experience includes general surgery, orthopedic surgery, trauma care, bariatric surgery, pulmonary medicine, and intensive care. As an operating room charge nurse, he developed extensive experience working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Nathanael earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from King University and completed his Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at South College. He also holds a Master of Public Health from Liberty University and a Master of Business Administration from King University.

Outside of work, Nathanael enjoys spending time with family and friends and is committed to lifelong learning and serving the Northeast Tennessee community.
