I was born outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Kingsport in 2000. Upon completion of my BSN, I began my nursing career in the ICU. I later found my calling as a labor and delivery nurse at Franklin Woods Community Hospital where I worked for three years. I continued my education at East Tennessee State University and achieved my long-term goal of earning my Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration.

I am an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health. It is a blessing to have been given the opportunity to work in an area I am passionate about. Through the many phases of a women’s life, I hope to make an impact in their physical well-being, as well as psychological, and emotional health. I look forward to creating trusting relationships, providing support, and sharing lifetime experiences with women of all ages.

My interests away from work involve spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I also enjoy spending time outside running and cycling. It is a privilege to be a part of State of Franklin Health Care Associates and work along-side a great group of physicians and practitioners whom I greatly respect.
