Gessena Martinez, F.N.P.

Gessena Martinez, FNP, is a dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of the West Indies and later completed her Master’s degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She further advanced her clinical training through the Family Nurse Practitioner certification program at East Tennessee State University.

Originally from Jamaica, Gessena is the middle sibling in a family with two brothers and is a proud aunt to two nephews. She shares a special and supportive relationship with her mother, who has been an important source of encouragement throughout her life and career.

Outside of work, Gessena enjoys traveling and exploring new places and cultures.
