Dr. Becker is a board-certified family physician who completed his residency training with ETSU Family Physicians in June 2015. He hails from central Virginia and completed both his undergraduate and medical education in Blacksburg, VA. He and his family relocated to Northeast Tennessee for residency training in Bristol, where he served as Chief Resident.

His professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Dr. Becker is married with four children. In addition to spending time with his family, he loves music, woodworking, and restoration projects.
