BACK TO PROVIDERS Amanda Stevens, N.P. Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care Amanda Stevens, FNP is a life-long Tennessee resident who has called the Tri-Cities region home since 2001. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with additional certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, she brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to her work. Amanda earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University, where she also obtained certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With years of experience as a bedside nurse in progressive care and ICU settings, Amanda has honed her skills in high-pressure, patient-focused environments. Before joining SOFHA, she served as a Nurse Practitioner in a private internal medicine practice and within hospital settings, further expanding her clinical knowledge. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, daughter, and son. Their home is also filled with the joyful energy of several dogs. In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing quality time with her family. Education East Tennessee State University
