Open Enrollment Guidance:

At State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA), we understand that choosing a Medicare plan involves many decisions, and we’d like to help. Beginning in October, independent insurance agents will be available at select SOFHA clinic locations to help with your Medicare planning.

Patients from any of our clinic locations may take advantage of this opportunity. No appointment is needed. If you are unsure which plan is best for you, or you simply have questions, come visit one of the agents. They will be available to answer any questions you may have about Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Plans.
