Andrea Long, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES

Dr. Andrea Long is a clinical pharmacist at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA) where she works collaboratively with multiple providers to optimize medication therapy for patients including those transitioning from hospital discharge. Dr. Long is originally from Noblesville, IN and completed pharmacy school at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Prior to accepting this position, she completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Regional One Health in Memphis, TN and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care residency at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY. Dr. Long enjoys working with all patients to improve their understanding of medications and improve health outcomes, but she has a particular passion for the management of diabetes, heart failure, infectious diseases, and oncology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and exploring new cities.
