Dr. Lowery is a native of Johnson City. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University and her Medical Degree from James H. Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency training with East Tennessee State University in June 2010. She is married to Dr. Bryan Prudhomme and has four children.
