Family Medicine

Dr. Harper Baldwin is a board-certified family medicine physician and a native of Johnson City, Tennessee. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University and her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. She returned to the Tri-Cities to complete her residency in family medicine through ETSU’s Bristol Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Baldwin enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health and office-based procedures, including joint injections. She values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients and provide comprehensive, personalized care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Baldwin enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets. Her hobbies include reading, baking sourdough bread, watching movies, and visiting theme parks while on vacation.
