Elizabeth “Beth” Smith, FNP is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and also her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.  Her previous nursing experience includes Emergency Care, Primary Care and Palliative Care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and being outdoors.
