What we are doing to protect our patients

State of Franklin Healthcare is dedicated to reducing the risk of COVID-19 exposure to our patients while continuing to provide you with ongoing medical care. All of our clinics are open and prepared to help with your medical needs.

We are following the TN Department of Health and the CDC guidelines for accurate and up to date information on COVID-19. Slowing the spread of this virus takes all of us doing our part. Here at SoFHA, we are committed to taking care of our patients and providing a clean and safe environment.

In order to provide our patients the security of continued healthcare, we now offer SoFHA TeleHealth. This service allows you to connect with a SoFHA provider from the comfort of your own home.

We are following CDC and TN Dept of Health recommendations for ensuring our exam rooms are properly cleaned between patients. This includes the utilization of approved cleaning materials. In addition, our cleaning staff is continually working throughout the day and evening to ensure our facilities remain clean at all times.


All SoFHA Team Members and patients are screened prior to entering any of our offices. This added step is for your protection and allows us to reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19.


In order to protect our patients, visitor guidelines have been implemented. Patients may have one (1) guest in attendance if necessary.

Visitors must be 18 or older.

Visitor exceptions may be made for pediatric patients.

If you have a fever, cough and shortness of breath, please call (423)794-5600 to be screened if you are concerned you may be ill with COVID-19. If you already have a scheduled appointment, but have been exposed to COVID-19, please call your clinic prior to arriving for your visit.


The Hotline noted below is avaiable 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. They can screen you over the phone and direct you for assistance if your SoFHA provider is not available.
