Teresa Payne, NP is originally from Asheville, but has lived in Elizabethton since 2015. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and earned her Master of Health Administration from LSU in Shreveport. Teresa has over 20 years of nursing experience specializing in oncology, vascular access, infusion therapy, and primary care. Her goal is to improve the lives of her neighbors in Carter County. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, children, grandchildren, three dogs and one grand kitty. She is a volunteer with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to help raise awareness and help break the stigma often associated with mental illness.
