Shannon Gardner, FNP was raised in Southwest Virginia and attended East Tennessee State University where she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration.  Shannon’s past experience includes hematology, oncology, neuro-trauma intensive care, intensive care step-down, medical intensive care, and emergency medicine.  Growing up in rural Southwest Virginia and seeing the healthcare needs there led her to a career in nursing, and she feels honored to be able to serve the families of her community. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters, traveling, and reading.
