Angela Deschner, F.N.P.-BC

Hospitalist

Angela Deschner is a Family Nurse Practitioner for Johnson City Internal Medicine who joined the team in July 2016. She received her undergraduate degrees from Cleveland State Community College and King University and Master of Science in Nursing from King University. Angela is Tennessee State licensed and holds ANCC board certification.

She is an active member of East Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Association. She has over fifteen years of critical care experience. Angela is compassionate about her work and she could not be more thrilled to be able to provide primary wellness care to the JCIM patients. She strives to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of every patient by taking the time to listen and understand their particular needs. Her true desire is to enhance a positive healing experience and provide confidence to those in need.

In Angela’s personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. Together they enjoy time at the lake, fishing, exploring new places, and cooking.
