State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is monitoring and responding to the rapidly evolving situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our patients, staff and local community are very important to us. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for the latest updates to support a healthy and safe environment. We are also working in partnership with the local Health Department while taking proactive steps to reduce risks for our patients and staff in our daily protocols.
In an effort to further reduce risk and slow the spread of COVID-19, please do the following:
- If you have no known exposure to COVID-19 and you or a family member are experiencing mild symptoms of fever, headache, body aches and cough that are not worsening, please stay home and call your provider’s office for guidance.
- If you have a possible exposure to COVID-19 with mild symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches and cough that are not worsening, please stay home and call your provider’s office for guidance.
- If you or a family member think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory distress, such as cough, shortness of breath with difficulty breathing, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
