Your Safety. Our Focus


Protecting our patients and the community from COVID is top priority for State of Franklin Healthcare Associates.

Here are 3 steps that we are taking to protect you.

  1. Our employees are screened for COVID symptoms prior to entering buildings.
  2. All patients requesting an appointment are screened for COVID symptoms. If we have safety concerns they are referred for a telehealth visit.
  3. All patients are screened for COVID symptoms before entering common areas. Patients with these symptoms are isolated from common waiting areas and requested to wear gloves and a mask.

If you would prefer to use our telehealth option for your next appointment, please call your clinic directly to schedule a SoFHA TeleHealth appointment.

If you are experiencing COVID symptoms such as fever, cough and shortness of breath, please call our COVID Hotline at 423.794.5600 (available: Mon-Sun 8am-5pm) for assessment and to connect with a provider.
