Susan Breeden is a native of Johnson City. She graduated from ETSU with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to further her education at Lincoln Memorial University, where she graduated from the Nurse Practitioner program. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Susan and her husband, Jeff, have four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering on mission trips and staying involved with church activities.
