“As an integrative RDN, I have the ability to pair my knowledge in medical nutrition therapy (MNT) with exciting areas of integrative and functional medicine including nutrigenomics, epigenetics, the gut microbiome, cellular and systemic optimization, mindful eating practices, alternative modalities such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing and so much more. I use a dynamic and holistic approach in addressing nutritional needs and health concerns to help you reach your goals. Dietetics and nutrition is about so much more than calories in and calories out, diets, and numbers. Nourishing food is medicine. Nutrition is the foundation for life. Let’s get started.”
